Decision Support Solutions for Independent Living

using an Intelligent AAL Product and Service Cloud

The ActiveAdvice project aims to deliver a fully functional ICT environment with specific web and mobile services for older adults and their relatives, as well as professionals in inclusive design and construction engineering across Europe. The ICT environment offers a holistic market overview, presenting regional, national and international AAL products and services in accordance with the needs of the end users, and combines it with a strong and integrated focus on the target market. To enable this, the following objectives are considered:

RESEARCH

Explore information and advisory needs of stakeholders in the AAL landscape related to product and service selection

AGGREGATE

Collect and harvest AAL product catalogues and AAL service portfolios into an intelligent product and service cloud

IMPLEMENT

Develop and validate software service modules for information exchange and digital advisory on AAL products and services

CONNECT

Create a network of Authorized Active Advisors personally supporting AAL stakeholders in decision making processes

HUMAN ADVISORS – A network of Authorized Active Advisors, which is empowered through the ActiveAdvice solutions, enables those who seek advisory on AAL solutions to contact a local expert supporting their decision making.

DIGITAL ADVISORS – The ActiveAdvice Review and Rating Features enable end users and experts in the field of AAL to provide feedback and experiences on products and services, fostering knowledge exchange and informed decision making.
